Enterprise buyers aren’t easy to please, we know. We’ve been helping our clients build trust with enterprise buyers since 2012 and if there’s one thing we learnt, it’s that relationships are key to the buying process. Naturally, we cut our teeth building B2B communities. So we’ve seen big ones and small ones, engaged ones and ghost towns.

We’ve learnt a few other things along the way, but one lesson stuck; you can’t cheapen relationships. And you can’t automate your way into people’s hearts (we’ve tried).
